Movement is only the surface. What really makes motion work is rhythm: when every cut, every easing and every pause serves a clear intention.
It's easy to confuse "having a lot of things moving" with "having good motion design". In practice, the hardest part of the job is deciding what will not move, and for how long the screen can stay still before it loses the viewer's attention.
